Graidlab is operated from the Czech Republic. These terms govern the use of graidlab.com and everything served from it.

02

What the service does

You give us a web address. We read that site from the outside, the way a search or AI crawler would, score it against a fixed published rubric, and ask real answer engines a set of buying questions to see whether your site is cited in the replies.

You get a report at a unique link. Nothing is installed on your site, and we never ask for access to your systems.

03

Free scan and full report

  • The free scan reads one page, gives you the score and pillar breakdown, and names the three issues costing you the most.
  • The full report reads up to 30 pages, names every issue found, and includes written fixes, ready-to-paste markup and rewritten copy, the answer-engine results across the full question set, and the competing domains cited instead of you.
  • A free report stays available for 14 days from the moment it finishes. A paid report stays available for 24 months from payment.
  • After that window the link stops serving the report. We do not extend it, and we do not restore expired reports.
04

Price and payment

The price of the full report is the one shown on the pricing section of this site at the moment you buy, including any launch price then in effect. It is a single payment. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.

Payment is taken by our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record and issues the receipt. Applicable VAT is determined and charged by that provider based on your location and status.

05

Delivery, and your right to withdraw

The full report is digital content that is produced and delivered immediately after payment. By buying it you ask us to begin delivery at once and you acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you lose the statutory right to withdraw from the contract for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium.

This does not affect your rights if the service is defective. If the report fails to generate, or is generated against the wrong site through a fault on our side, contact us and we will re-run it or refund it.

If you are buying as a business rather than as a consumer, consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to you in any case.

06

What we do not promise

We do not promise that you will be cited by any answer engine, that your score will rise by any particular amount, or that any specific commercial result will follow from acting on the report. Answer engines change constantly and nobody controls what they cite.

The report is a measurement and a set of recommendations. Acting on it is your decision, and the changes are made on your site by you or by whoever maintains it.

Answer-engine results vary between runs. That is why every question is asked several times and the result is reported as a rate rather than as a single observation. A rate measured today is not a guarantee about tomorrow.

07

What you may analyse

You may submit a site you own, operate, or are authorised to analyse. Do not submit a site in order to have us collect content you are not entitled to, and do not use the service to harass or overload someone else's infrastructure.

We may refuse or stop an analysis at our discretion, in particular where a site blocks our crawler, where the request appears automated or abusive, or where running it would breach these terms.

08

How our crawler behaves

We read sites with GraidlabBot/1.0, which identifies itself in the user agent, obeys the rules your robots.txt writes for it, requests at most one page per second, and reads at most 30 pages of any one site. Full details, including how to block it, are on the crawler page.

09

Liability

The service is provided as described on this site. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for the outcome of changes you make to your own site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Our total liability arising from any one report is limited to the amount you paid for that report.

10

Changes

We may change these terms for future purchases. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published at the moment you buy. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.

11

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring a dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz).

We would rather you wrote to us first. Most things are fixable by email.
